Become a Member

1) Voting Members will be limited to people who own property used solely for residential purposes within 1 mile of Sand Pond and their families. Such members will not directly or indirectly own or have any commercial interest in property within that mile. 2) Non-voting members shall demonstrate that they share in the mission of the association. Such members will not directly or indirectly own or have any commercial interest in property within 1 mile of Sand Pond.
